Our sandblasting department is located in a soundproof cabin, ensuring an optimal working environment and minimising noise. For painting, we use advanced spray and roller techniques, which are suitable for large carpentry items of up to 60 tonnes. Our painting system is equipped with an efficient extraction system that ensures a uniform and high-quality application.
In addition, the Pelfa Group specialises in metallisation services, known in the industry as TSZ – Thermal Spraying. This process includes zinc spraying, an effective and straightforward solution to protect steel from corrosion. Molten zinc is sprayed onto previously sandblasted white metal surfaces, creating an electrical contact that offers anodic (active) protection against rust by exploiting zinc’s sacrificial properties. This method requires no complex equipment, making it accessible and efficient.
