The Vision of Pelfa Group Quality Department can be summarized as follows:

• Quality Assurance: satisfaction of the customers’ needs both in terms of the product and the documentation
• Quality management: application of a Certified System designed and aimed at ensuring the Factory Production Control (FPC) in order to deliver high-quality products
• Customer care: cooperation with our customer during all production steps and control phases
• On time delivery: drawing up of quality documentation in step with the manufacturing of the product

Reference standards are EN ISO 9001:2015, EN 1090‐2(EXC4), EN ISO 3834‐2, EN 15085-2, CL.1.

Availability of more than 150 welding procedures in compliance with EN 15614, welding operators qualified as for EN ISO 9606-1, NDT operators qualified according to EN ISO 9712 - level 3, SNTC - level 2 and CSWIP.
