OXYGEN CUTTING

TOTAL AREA 3.500m²

The material stock (about 1.000 tons of plates of different thicknesses) ensures an almost immediate availability of material to be worked. The software our company uses minimizes plate cutting scraps and ensures 100% material traceability.

Oxygen cutting area is equipped with:

• Messer plasma cutting machine 400A-HDHypertherm, table dimensions 3.000x25.000 mm,
• fitted with Skew Rotator, cutting thickness up to 50 mm;
• Messer OMNIMAT L5600 oxygen cutting machine, table dimensions 4.000x25.000 mm,
• cutting thickness up to 300 mm, equipped with 3 torches and mechanical drilling unit ;

Total capacity up to about 700 ton/month.

Key factors of our oxygen cutting area are:

• 100% material traceability;
• 3.1 or 3.2 material certificates;
• Database of plate cutting scraps for traceability/reuse;
• Materials directly supplied by rolling mill plants.
