Pelfa Group is able to carry out pre-assembly and assembly of machines and plants, large size ones as well. Maximum attainable height is 10m and max lifting capacity of gantry cranes is 100ton. The professionalism and know-how of our technical staff ensure an extremely accurate assembly of a lot of different kinds of plants: mechanical, pneumatic, piping, electrical, lubrication, hydraulic and cooling ones. As a final step, machines undergo final functional testing (in accordance with customer requirements, hot testing or alternatively cold testing can be performed).

On customer’s request, Pelfa can also take care of transportation, including packaging and handling. Our technical staff is familiar with the management of exceptional load transport that is carried out on an almost weekly basis.

Thanks to its relevant experience, Pelfa Group is also able to install the delivered machines in different plants.
