TOTAL AREA 7.500m²

The metal working area is equipped with three bending machines (80x3000, 40x3000 and 8x2500m) and with two press brakes (12000xth.18 and 4000xth.5); the welding area hosts 70 perfectly calibrated welding machines, 5 submerged arc welding machines and a straightening machine (30 tons).

Quality system complies with EN 1090-2 (EXC4), UNI EN ISO 3834-2 and EN 15085 CL.1

Our operators, qualified according to EN287-1, are highly trained and able to deal with all kinds of welding techniques.

As regards destructive testing, technical staff has obtained the certifications mentioned below:
